We’re determined that the high standards of CPHI Barcelona will never drop. We want to keep driving the event forwards, making it better and more sustainable year on year. To do this, we need to collect a contribution from all of our visitors.

CPHI's support for Visa is limited to supplying a Confirmation of Participation letter. This letter can be obtained via this link here, but is only available to those who already registered: 

 

Please note that Visa processing takes time and CPHI is not involved in the processing of Visas. Please complete your due diligence before purchasing your ticket and be aware that tickets are nonrefundable.

The easiest way to access the Event Planner and the app is to look for your welcome email (sender: [email protected]) and follow the steps. We've also created a handy guide that talks you through the platform, which you can download here.

The easiest way to find your registration key is to find your confirmation email from when you registered, where you can find it in big letters. The registration key is a string of letters and numbers. If you are unable to retrieve your registration confirmation, our Customer Service team can help out. You can contact them by sending an email to [email protected]

Accommodation around show dates tends to get booked up quickly. We recommend that you book suitable accommodation in the Barcelona area as soon as possible. To secure you the best price for your accommodation, we’ve once again teamed up with b-network to provide you with preferential rates. b-network has secured around 5,000 rooms at negotiated tariffs and is ready to assist with your group and accommodation bookings.
