Since the start of the pandemic, visa processing timelines have increased significantly all around the world. That's why, if you are in need of a visa to attend CPHI Barcelona, you should start the visa process as early as possible.
While CPHI can help with a confirmation of participation letter to support your visa application, getting a visa is ultimately your responsibility and CPHI has no control over, or involvement in, the procedure.
To allow our overseas attendees in need of a visa ample time to prepare, we have opened registration in April, which is earlier than ever before.
This will allow you to collect a confirmation of participation to support your visa application.
How it works:
Step 1: Register for CPHI Barcelona. Please ensure you register using the correct form - exhibitors register via the Exhibitor Manual, while attendees register here.
Step 2: Request your confirmation of participation. Once you've registered, you can request your confirmation of participation here.
Step 3: Request your visa with the embassy of Spain in your country of residence. Please remember that CPHI has no control over, or involvement in, the visa application and approval procedure.
Step 4: Book your travel and accommodation, see above for more information.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Barcelona!
