FAQs

Answers to some of the most common queries

As CPHI Frankfurt is a trade event, no one under 18 years will be allowed to enter the exhibition.

  • CPHI: from APIs to intermediates and excipients, CPHI is your ingredient to success
  • ICSE: from R&D to manufacturing, source cost-effective contract services at ICSE
  • PMEC: from pharma machinery to lab apparatus, track down your equipment at P-MEC
  • FDF: from powders and pills to capsules and creams, find your finished formulations at FDF
  • BioProduction: fom bioprocessing to biomanufacturing, locate all things large molecule at BioProduction

While the number of visitors is one of the event industry’s metrics to measure the success of a trade show, we always believe that quality should take precedence over quantity. Therefore, should we ever consider taking such a step, the number of visitors will not alone be a measure or criteria on which to base such a decision.

That is why we will focus on the ROI of more than one or two criteria. And this will be based on timely market surveys, detailed analysis, and projections.

We will follow all local government rules that are in place at the time of the event including hall and venue density.

Yes, there will be cloakroom facilities in Torhouse, Galleria, Porthalhouse, Hall 3. The cost will be 2 Euros per item.

Do you need a visa to attend Frankfurt ? This year attendees to CPHI Frankfurt can request a confirmation of participation when their registration is complete. Click here to request the confirmation.

We frequently gauge the Pharma community and their willingness to travel to shows in detail via surveys, one-to-one meetings and also with independently-commissioned research. We also take into account the current state of the general business travel industry to be better prepared and informed.

Yes, but due to COVID-19 and in line with the Italian government guidelines, all luggage and coats/jackets must be individually wrapped in plastic when stored in the cloakroom. We highly advise against using the cloakroom to store personal items but if you do wish to use it, please note that the cost for this is €6 per item.

We ask exhibitors to please refer to the exhibitor manual for Visa purposes.

To register your team members for the event, please go to your unique Visit Connect dashboard and on the left-hand side menu, under service center, click stand personnel. From there you will be able to register your team members for both the online and in-person event. For more information, please watch this video, showing you how to go through the steps.

FAQs

COVID 19 Questions

Currently, there are no specific measures with regard to Covid. Informa recommends the ‘AllSecure standard’ and onsite health and safety controls, aligned to local authority’s legislation and venue regulations. All stand design regulations are published in the Online Exhibitor Manual.

Currently, physical distancing is not required; however, we advise you to adapt your design in a way which allows easier changes should the restriction return in Autumn 2023.

In 2022 CPHI Worldwide will be taking place in a different city so we also need to incorporate the venues and local government regulations. For more information on space-only regulations log in to the Exhibitor Online Manual.
