It’s simple and efficient. Follow the steps below to revolutionize your lead capture.
1. Log into the app and click Scan QR or Badge on the main screen.
2. Your camera will open, point it at the attendee’s badge to automatically capture all of their data.
3. Qualify your lead by answering our targeted questions on the next screen.
4. Add your own notes at the bottom.
We have partnered with Feathr, the digital marketing service, to offer you personalised marketing materials. Use these professional resources to invite your customers to CPHI Barcelona by offering a FREE Attendee Pass.
How to access Feathr? Log in to the Exhibitor Manual and click on “Market my Presence with Feathr” under the “Set Up My Event” tab. Once you are at the dashboard, click on “Invite my Network” and send your respective client an email of their free registration link.
As CPHI Barcelona is a trade event, no one under 18 years will be allowed to enter the exhibition.
While the number of visitors is one of the event industry’s metrics to measure the success of a trade show, we always believe that quality should take precedence over quantity. Therefore, should we ever consider taking such a step, the number of visitors will not alone be a measure or a criteria on which to base such a decision. That is why we will focus on the ROI of more than one or two criteria. And this will be based on timely market surveys, detailed analysis and projections.
We will follow all local government rules that are in place at the time of the event including hall and venue density.
As an exhibitor, in order to register your team and stand personnel please log in the Exhibitor Manual. The exhibitor manual will go live early April.

After registration is complete all staff badges will be accessible through our event app. The badge will have a QR code which will be scanned onsite at the entrances. Please retrieve your badge also from the Exhibitor Manual.
The Exhibitor Manual is an online platform that contains all the information necessary to facilitate your preparation for the show. The platform is your one-stop-shop for vital information regarding deadlines, even build-up, badge requirements, regulations, technical floorplans and much more.

If there are government-imposed travel restrictions, then we will address case-by-case. If companies make their own decision not to travel, then refunds will not be applied but there is also the right of cancellation for customers subject to payment of a cancellation charge if they choose to exercise this right.
Yes, it is the maximum amount of people allowed at any one time, including booth staff and customers.

Please be aware of unaffiliated vendors improperly soliciting exhibitors to purchase their products and services.
