To register yourself and your team members as exhibitors, please click here to go to the Badge Registration page of the Exhibitor Manual. Alternatively, you can find the page by clicking Event Tasks > Badge Registration. On this page, you will find instructions on how to register yourself and your team.
Your badges will be available via the event platform and app. Once the platform is live, you and your team members will receive an email with instructions on how to log in. Once inside the platform, select “Find my Badge” from the right drop-down menu, here you will be able to see your badge.
Shortly before the show, everyone will receive an email with their printable, PDF badge. Please note that if you would like to access the venue before Monday, October 23 you will need to have a contractor badge. To do the contractor registration please click here .
You must submit the “Nominate your Contractor” form, which can be found under Mandatory Forms on the Order Forms page of this manual. Once this is submitted, your contractor will receive an email from Abraxys, our Health & Safety supplier, regarding the stand design submission.
Your contractor will need a specific badge to access the venue during build-up and breakdown. Click here to register for your build-up/breakdown badges.
You can find information about your stand on the Dashboard of the Exhibitor Manual. Look under Purchase Summary and click My Stand(s).

The invoicing and payment terms are specified in your contract. For the exhibitors that signed a contract before 7th April 2023 there will be two invoices issued and for the exhibitors that signed after this date, there will be only one invoice with 100% of the fees.

Please note that the company name written in this Exhibitor Manual is the legal company name that you signed the contract with. The exhibiting name is displayed in all other online platforms that are open to the public and that is the name that will be on the floorplan as well.
Swapcard/Visit:
The CPHI app enables you to capture leads onsite by scanning the badges of participants. Once the app becomes available make sure you download it and encourage your all team members to do the same. As the exhibitor admin, you can prepare qualifying questions for your team members to complete as soon as they scan a badge. To do this, follow the instructions below:

Leads can also be generated through the online platform, by interacting with attendees before the event. These are called your platform leads. Look out for an email instructing you to log in to the platform and start networking with attendees to make the most of this feature.

Many of our 3rd party supplier websites will require you to login with a username and password. If you have previously ordered through this company, enter your credentials. If it is your first time using the supplier, click the relevant button to create an account or generate a password. Below is a list of the suppliers that will require you to use login credentials:
Exhibitor Manual – Accessible by exhibitor admins only, this is a tool to help you prepare your stand, register your team members, and complete practical tasks in preparation for the in-person event. On this portal you will find information on the event rules and regulations, order services, general information about the event timetable, location and accommodation options.
The Event Platform – The event platform is the digital companion to the in-person event, available on the web and via the app. It is a place to showcase your company profile and products, network with event attendees, arrange meetings or bookmark content sessions and collect leads both online and in-person. Here, you will also find your digital badge and a full list of all attendees signed up to the event. To find out more about the event platform, click here.
CPHI Online – CPHI-Online.com is a digital B2B directory catering to the pharmaceutical industry. Our platform serves as a comprehensive marketplace that connects global pharmaceutical suppliers and products. We provide a diverse range of sectors, products, and services, enabling our partners to access knowledge and expand their visibility.
To prepare for the online component of the event, you will need to log in to the event platform, which will go live a few weeks before the online event begins. You and your registered team members will receive an email with instructions explaining how to do this. These are our suggested next steps to make the most out of the event platform and online event:

You can update your company profile in the CPHI Online directory. For detailed instructions on how to this, click here. Some of the information from your CPHI Online profile will be transferred to your company profile on the Event Platform.
After {DATE}, information will no longer be transferred between platforms therefore we encourage you to update your company profile on the event platform to increase your visibility at the event. Once the platform has opened, you will receive an email instructing you to log in. After logging in, follow the steps below to update your company profile:

You will be able to access your digital badge once the event platform opens. This usually happens a few weeks before the in-person event, at which time you will receive an email instructing you to log in. A printable, PDF version of your badge will also be emailed to you much closer to the event.

As CPHI Barcelona is a trade event, no one under 18 years will be allowed to enter the exhibition.
While the number of visitors is one of the event industry’s metrics to measure the success of a trade show, we always believe that quality should take precedence over quantity. Therefore, should we ever consider taking such a step, the number of visitors will not alone be a measure or a criteria on which to base such a decision. That is why we will focus on the ROI of more than one or two criteria. And this will be based on timely market surveys, detailed analysis and projections.
We will follow all local government rules that are in place at the time of the event including hall and venue density.

After registration is complete all staff badges will be accessible through our event app. The badge will have a QR code which will be scanned onsite at the entrances. Please retrieve your badge also from the Exhibitor Manual.

If there are government-imposed travel restrictions, then we will address case-by-case. If companies make their own decision not to travel, then refunds will not be applied but there is also the right of cancellation for customers subject to payment of a cancellation charge if they choose to exercise this right.
